Pacific Vascular Institute is Hiring an Office Manager Near Kona, HI

Pacific Vascular Institute is a growing leader in vascular services. We provide in-person patient consultation and treatment for venous and arterial disease. We currently serve patients across the state of Hawaii including Oahu, the Big Island, and Maui.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management. Clinical background is highly preferred.

Duties:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising staff and delegating tasks

- Oversee administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Assist with maintaining employee records

- Develop and implement training programs for new employees

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Handle confidential information with discretion

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors

- Plan and organize office events and meetings

Skills:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Experience with payroll processing is preferred

- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team
